This Lebus double‑folded rope‑groove drum is compatible with Ø38 mm steel wire rope and delivers a maximum rope capacity of 829 meters for orderly 7‑layer rope winding. It features a drum root diameter of 946 mm, rope‑groove pitch of 39.7 mm and right‑hand 60° groove with rope entry from the flange side. Constructed by welding, the drum undergoes post‑weld stress‑relief treatment. After sandblasting, it is finished with zinc‑rich epoxy primer and RAL7031 machine‑grey polyurethane topcoat with total film thickness no less than 100 μm, while anti‑rust oil is applied on mating surfaces. Manufactured strictly according to GB/T tolerance standards with all sharp edges broken and brake disc surface roughness controlled within Ra1.6‑Ra3.2, this heavy‑strength component is specially matched for heavy‑duty winch equipment.
