Product Description

This 2205 stainless steel dirve shaft is made from solution-treatedv and water-quenched raw material, machined to 7e precision grade. All sharp edges are broken and burrs removed, with unmarked dimensional and geometric tolerances following national standards, dimensions customized per 3D model. The duplex stainless steel delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for precision transmission equipment.

Advantages

• Made of 2205 duplex stainless steel with solution treatment & rapid water cooling at 1020-1100°C. It combines high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion, suitable for long-term operation in humid, acidic and alkaline harsh environmrnts.
• Machined to 7e precision grade. Dimensional tolerances comply with GB/T1804-m and geometric tolerances follow GB/T1184-H. It delivers accurate positioning, smooth transmission and controllable error.
• All sharp edges are rounded and burrs fully removed to reduce assembly wear and extend service life of shaft and matching nut. Custom non-standard sizes are available according to 3D models to fit various precision transmission machinery.

Matters Need to Attention

• Avoid collision on the thread surface during handling and storage to prevent thread damage. Vertical storage is recommended to reduce shaft bending deformation.
• Thoroughly clean threads before assembly, no iron scraps, burrs or debris allowed. Never hammer forcibly during installation, or the 7e machining precision will be damaged.
• Apply proper lubricant before operation and inspect wear regularly. As a precision part, it shall not be exposed to strong oxidizing agents beyond compatible corrosive working conditions.
• Tolerances comply with GB/T1804-m and GB/T1184-H. Matching accessories must be of corresponding precision grade during assembly.
