This drum sleeve is made of Q355B steel with 65° left-hand rope groove and manufactured by plug welding process. Coated with zinc rich primer, it delivers reliable anti-corrosion performance. High-precision rope groove guides steel wire rope neatly and reduces rope wear. It is designed for crane winch drums with convenient assembly and maintenance.

Matters Need to Attention

1. Check for dents and deformation on rope grooves before installation. Ensure no cracks or porosity on plug-welded joints.
2. Fit the drum sleeve properly during assembly. Tighten bolts to specified torque to avoid misalignment.
3. Keep wire rope seating smoothly into grooves in operation. Avoid rope jumping and squeezing to prevent groove damage.
4. Inspect zinc-rich primer coating regularly. Repair damaged coating timely for anti-corrosion protction.
5. Never operation under over-load. Periodically check plug-weld seams; stop operation immediately if cracks are found.
