This drum is made of Q355B steel, fitted with Lebus left-hand 60° double fold rope groove, matching Φ12mm steel wire rope. Stress relief aging treatment is conducted after welding, and burrs and flashes are removed after machining to enhance structural stability. Primer coating is applied on the surface for basic anti-corrosion, and the tolerance of unmarked linear dimensions complies with GB/T1804-2000. It is widely used for winch lifting equipment to keep wire rope neatly arranged and reduce abrasion.

Matters Need to Attention

2. Ensure concentricity between the drum and shaft before lifting work, and fasten all fixing bolts tightly. Avoid eccentric load during operation to prevent abnormal wear of rope grooves and wire rope.
