1. Product Introduction

The product adopts a welded composite structure, assembled and welded by the barrel, two side end plates and connecting shaft seats. Welding is under strict control to eliminate welding defects such as missed welding, cold welding, cracks, blowholes and solid inclusions. The concentricity tolerance at both ends of the barrel is 0.1mm with high machining precision. The finished product is coated with anti-corrosion paint: zinc-rich epoxy primer plus polyurethane topcoat, RAL7031 machine grey, total dry film thickness ≥120μm. The coating is free of sagging, peeling and flaking, delivering excellent weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance. All component surfaces are smooth without mechanical damage, meeting the requirements for long-term continuous operation of lifting equipment.

(1) Stable rope arrangement for multi-layer winding: Custom right-hand spiral rope groove precisely matched for Φ10mm steel wire rope. Under 3-layer winding condition, the steel wire rope is less prone to rope tangling and rope biting, reducing wire rope wear and extending service life.

(2) High-precision machining: Strict control of barrel concentricity with accurately contoured rope grooves. The guiding inclined plane design enables smooth rope entry and exit, lowering impact loads.

(3) Robust welded construction: Full penetration welding between barrel and end plates with weld quality up to inspection standard. High structural strength and fatigue resistance to withstand alternating lifting loads.

(4) Long-term anti-corrosion protection: Composite coating of zinc-rich epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat with film thickness ≥120μm, RAL7031 machine grey. Good rust and salt spray resistance, suitable for humid, marine and other corrosive environments.

(5) Great assembly compatibility: 4-M10 mounting holes pre-drilled on end plates with standardized interface for quick assembly and replacement on winches and lifting mechanisms.
