This drum is fabricated from Q355B steel, designed with right-hand spiral rope grooves for 3-layer winding of φ10mm steel wire rope. Strict welding standards are implemented to avoid welding defects, ensuring stable and reliable structure. Its surface is coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat in RAL7031 grey, with total film thickness ≥120μm for outstanding corrosion resistance. Custom manufacturing is available to match various hoisting winch systems.
