1.Product Description

This winch drive gearbox is a compact planetary drive unit specially designed for hydraulic winch hoisting systems. It is matched with a 5.5kW /1500rpm hydraulic motor and equipped with an integrated static disk brake for load holding and safety protection.
The motor connection plate can be detached during installation onto the frame for easier assembly. It features front-side oil filling and drain ports for convenient lubrication maintenance. This unit supports disconnection function to realize free towing. It is shipped without lubricant, only finished with white primer without top coat. The operating oil temperature range is -20℃ ~ +85℃, adopting ISO VG220 gear oil. It is engineered to bear high radial load on the wheel mounting face and provides stable, reliable power transmission for lifting & pulling operations under heavy working conditions.
