1.Product Description

This Lebus grooved winch drum assembly is manufactured from Q355D low-temperature impact resistant steel, specially engineered for multi-layer orderly wire rope spooling under heavy lifting conditions. It adopts double-fold Lebus rope grooves with 45° right-hand design, matched for Φ18 steel wire rope and supports up to 5 winding layers.
The complete assembly includes drum barrel, end plates, connection brackets, positioning pins and integrated brake disc. Strict welding process with post-weld stress relief eliminates welding deformation. Geometric tolerance and dimension tolerance follow GB/T1804-m and GB/T1184-k standards.
Surface treatment includes shot blasting, epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat in RAL7031, total dry film thickness ≥100μm. The brake disc is machined to controlled roughness between Ra1.6~Ra3.2 for stable braking performance. It is built to withstand harsh offshore, marine and heavy crane working environments, preventing rope crossing, biting and disorderly winding, extending wire rope service life greatly.
