This split drum sleeve is made of Q355D steel with excellent impact toughness at -20℃, suitable for outdoor lifting equipment in northern areas. The split arc design allows easy disassembly and replacement without removing the entire reel. Precisely formed rope grooves guide steel wires neatly and protect reel bodies, widely matching hoisting and luffing reels of various winches.

This split Q355D drum sleeve is installed various lifting winch reels to isolate and protect the metal barrel. Its standard rope grooves limit steel wires neatly and prevent direct friction damage to the reel base metal. It fits hoist and luffing reels of truck cranes and crawler cranes under low-temperature conditions in northern regions, suitable for outdoor lifting operations on construction sites and factories. Worn liners can be split and replaced separately instead of changing the whole large reel, greatly cutting maintenance costs.
