Product Description

This Q355D drum is designed with LBS Lebus double helical grooves at 45° right-hand rotation, suitable for ∅18 steel wire rope with 5-layer neat winding. Stress relief treatment is carried out after welding to ensure solid structure without welding defects. The drum is sandblasted and coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, with total film thickness ≥100μm for outstanding anti-corrosion performance. Manufactured in compliance with national tolerance standards, all sharp edges are deburred, and the brake disc meets roughness requirements for stable long-term lifting operation.
