Product Description

This Q355D drum sleeve adopts Lebus rope groove with 60° right-hand helix, suitable for wire rope of Φ41.4±1. It features precise machining with controlled hole tolerance, and can be firmly assembled with plain drum by 52-M16 countersunk socket head cap screws. Finished surface with burr-free treatment reduces wire rope abrasion and ensures stable lifting operation. Custom processing is available for matching heavy-duty winch drums.

Matters Need to Attention

1. Inspect the drum shell surface and rope grooves before installation, ensure no dents or burrs and clean holes to prevent wire rope damage.
2. Use matched 52-M16 countersunk socket head cap screws for assembly, tighten evenly with specified torque to avoid loosening.
3. Confirm the wire rope size is Φ41.4±1 before operation. Overload, sudden start and stop are forbidden to protect the rope groove.
4. Regularly check screw tightness and groove wear, clean dirt inside grooves. Extra inspection is required under low-temperature conditions.
5. Keep proper protection during storage. Avoid long-term outdoor stacking to prevent rust. Protect the rope groove surface during lifting.
