Product Description

This LBS polymer nylon drum sleeve adopts Lebus grooving design, suitable for Φ15mm steel wire rope and enables neat 4-layer rope winding. It features bolted split installation, easy to assemble and wrap on bare drum surface. Made of polymer nylon, it is lightweight, wear-resistant and friction-reducing, protecting wire ropes and extending service life. Custom sizes are available for various winch application.

1. Designed with Lebus grooving, it realizes orderly 4-layer rope arrangement and avoids wire rope crowding and disorder.
2. Made of polymer nylon with wear resistance and self-lubricating property, it reduces abrasion and extends wire rope service life.
3. Split arc structure with bolt connection, fast installation and replacement without disassembling the whole drum.
4. Matched for Φ15mm steel wire rope, rope capacity up to 100m, ideal for lifting winch working conditions.

Matters Need to Attention

1. Clean the bare drum surface before installation to ensure the contact surface is flat and burr-free. Tighten M8 hex socket cap screws with specified torque to prevent loosening and shifting.
2. Use Φ15mm steel wire rope. Do not use ropes with excessive diameter deviation, to avoid uneven stress and damage to the grooves.
3. Do not overload during operation. Regularly check bolt tightness and nylon groove wear. Replace the drum skin once wear exceeds the limit.
4. Store away from sharp objects and high-temperature environment to prevent scratches and material aging.
