Model D668×683-11, Left-hand 40° MC cast nylon Lebus drum sleeve. With Lebus crossover grooves for Φ11.93mm wire rope, up to 13 winding layers, rope capacity 2500m.
Self-lubricating, wear-resistant MC nylon resists seawater & oil corrosion, preventing rope crush and disordered spooling. Split bolt-on design for easy retrofitting. Widely used on offshore and oilfield hydraulic winches.

This Lebus drum sleeve adopts professional left-hand 40° crossover groove design. It guides multi-layer wire rope to spool neatly, preventing rope nesting, pinching and crushing, greatly extending wire rope service life and cutting downtime for rope replacement.
Made of MC cast nylon, it features self-lubrication, shock absorption and low noise. It is resistant to seawater and oil corrosion, and will not scratch the wire rope surface.
The split bolted design allows easy retrofitting on existing drum cores, no need to replace the whole drum. It supports up to 13 layers of orderly winding with 2500m rope capacity, achieving large rope storage in limited space. Accurate one-piece grooving distributes load evenly for safer hoisting & pulling operations.

It is widely fitted for offshore hydraulic winches, platform lifting winches, tug anchor winches, drilling auxiliary winches, subsea cable laying winches.
