1.Product Description

Model D660×1340-16 right-hand 45° Lebus drum sleeve is cast from MC nylon, manufactured as a split bolt-on liner. It features Lebus dual crossover grooves, designed for Φ14.18mm wire rope. The 45° crossover +135° parallel groove profile enables neat spooling up to 25 layers, with a large rope capacity of 7000 meters. It can be retrofitted onto existing bare drums without drum replacement. The precision groove guides wire rope smoothly, preventing rope crushing, tangling and overlapping. MC nylon offers self-lubrication and good seawater resistance, reducing wire rope wear and extending rope service life for long-storage offshore winches.
